The employees of our company will use our app to conduct drive network drive tests for our clients. User selects the Project and Site assigned to them. And based on these two, the user goes to the site with the help of Google Maps navigation which has been integrated with this app.
And as a company, we need the location data to ensure users actually conduct the official tasks at those sites.

- LQT Online Attendance app is only for the internal employees of our company and other people that are authorised to use it. Authorised emails can only be used to access the application and other services. Our employees use our applications to conduct network drive tests i.e official tasks only. Our core app feature includes using Google Maps to get the shortest distance and path to a location. We also run background services to monitor the location of the app user and send the same information to our internal servers and databases. We also upload and download files at custom paths on external storage defined by our databases or by other services. So our app is also used to Backup files on our servers.
Information will be disclosed To our holding companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, which are entities under common ownership or control of the Company. To partners, advertisers/service providers and other third-parties whom we use to support our business (e.g. app crash, ). To a buyer or other successor in case of a merger, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company's assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about the users of our Services are among the assets transferred.
